Description
Product Name : JiangXiaoBai 750mL
Taste Profile : Jiangxiaobai pours crystal clear, like spring water, with a light body and fast-moving legs. Its visual simplicity mirrors its clean and minimalist branding—a stark contrast to traditional, ornate baijiu bottles. On the nose, it is immediately softer than traditional strong-aroma baijius. You’ll notice a clean grain profile—like steamed white rice and fresh sorghum mash—with subtle hints of pear skin, white flowers, and mineral water. There's a light sweetness and only a faint ethanol prickle. The palate is smooth, dry, and refreshing by baijiu standards. It opens with a mild sorghum graininess, then flows into gentle notes of green apple, rice wine, and a whisper of white pepper. There’s a distinct clarity and linearity in the flavor—no overwhelming funk or fermentation punch typical of strong-aroma baijiu. The mouthfeel is light to medium-bodied with a soft texture and clean finish. Alcohol heat is present but well-integrated—more like vodka or shochu than traditional fiery baijiu. The finish is short to medium, with subtle sweet grain, minerality, and a faint grassy bitterness that adds structure.
