Atambah memastikan setiap pesanan dikemas dengan aman menggunakan standar packing khusus untuk produk botol.
Biaya pengiriman dapat berbeda tergantung alamat tujuan, berat paket, jumlah produk, dan jenis layanan pengiriman yang dipilih.
Untuk produk botol kaca atau pengiriman jarak jauh, customer wajib menggunakan packing kayu / extra protection apabila ingin mendapatkan perlindungan klaim atas risiko produk rusak atau pecah selama pengiriman.
Packing kayu hanya tersedia untuk pengiriman menggunakan kurir JNE. Apabila customer memilih kurir selain JNE atau tidak menggunakan packing kayu / extra protection yang direkomendasikan, maka risiko kerusakan atau pecah selama proses pengiriman berada di luar tanggung jawab Atambah dan klaim tidak dapat diproses.
Return & Claim Policy
Klaim hanya dapat diproses untuk kondisi berikut:
• Produk yang diterima salah atau tidak sesuai pesanan
• Produk rusak atau pecah saat diterima, dengan syarat menggunakan packing kayu via JNE
• Produk belum dibuka dan belum dikonsumsi
Customer wajib menyertakan video unboxing tanpa jeda dari kondisi paket masih tersegel hingga produk dibuka. Klaim harus diajukan maksimal 1x24 jam setelah pesanan diterima.
Produk yang sudah dibuka, dikonsumsi, tidak menggunakan packing kayu / extra protection via JNE untuk klaim kerusakan, atau tidak disertai bukti video unboxing tidak dapat dikembalikan atau diklaim.

Produk hanya dapat dibeli oleh customer berusia 21 tahun ke atas.
