Codigo Anejo pours a rich amber-gold with copper glints, reflecting the influence of the red wine barrels. You’ll detect layers of cooked fruit, toasted oak, and dark cherry, accompanied by faint notes of leather, cinnamon, and a whisper of red wine tannin. Shipping Policy
Atambah ensures that every order is securely packed using appropriate packaging standards specifically designed for bottled products. Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery destination, package weight, number of items, and selected shipping method.
For long-distance deliveries (outside the city or between islands), customers are required to use wooden packaging / extra protection to be eligible for shipping damage or breakage claims.
Wooden packaging is only available for shipments handled by JNE. If customers choose a courier other than JNE or decline the recommended wooden packaging / extra protection, Atambah shall not be responsible for damage or breakage occurring during transit, and shipping damage claims will not be eligible for processing, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Delivery Issues & Shipping Claims
Any delivery-related issue involving loss, damage, missing items, incorrect delivery, or suspected courier mishandling must be reported to Atambah within 24 hours (1 × 24 hours) after the order is marked as delivered or received.
This reporting period allows Atambah to submit and coordinate claims with our delivery and logistics partners within their applicable claim deadlines.
Customers must provide their order number and any available supporting evidence, including photographs, videos, delivery screenshots, or communications with the courier.
Claims submitted after the applicable logistics provider's reporting deadline may no longer be eligible for courier compensation or shipping protection coverage.
This reporting requirement does not limit or exclude any consumer rights protected under applicable Indonesian law.

Return & Claim Policy
Returns or claims may only be considered under the following conditions:
Incorrect Products: The product received is incorrect or does not match the original order.
Damaged or Broken Products: The product arrives damaged or broken, provided that the shipment was handled by JNE using the required wooden packaging / extra protection.
Unopened and Unused Products: The product remains unopened, unused, and unconsumed.
Customers are required to provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video, clearly showing the package in its original sealed condition through the complete unboxing process. All return or claim requests must be submitted within 24 hours (1 × 24 hours) of receiving the order.
Products that have been opened, used, or consumed are not eligible for return or claim. Shipping damage claims may also be rejected if the required JNE wooden packaging / extra protection was not used or if a valid unboxing video is not provided. All return and claim requests are subject to verification by Atambah and applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws.
