On the nose is incredibly aromatic and inviting. Bursting with ripe pineapple flesh, caramelized sugar, clove, and vanilla, followed by waves of tropical fruit, baking spice, and a hint of molasses and smoky oak. On the palate is rich and juicy. Full-bodied and smooth, with natural sweetness from the pineapple infusion. Core flavors include grilled pineapple, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla pod, and a touch of lemon zest. A base of dark rum and spice grounds the tropical brightness. The finish is long, luscious, and gently spicy. Ends with notes of pineapple compote, honey, and a subtle touch of barrel char and clove warmth. Balanced sweetness with finesse.
